Meet the Founder

Hashem Omran is a certified leadership coach, DISC consultant, project manager, and business developer with over two decades of hands-on experience across the Gulf and North Africa. His career spans R&D, project management, and executive leadership, giving him a rare combination of technical expertise and strategic vision.

Throughout his journey, Hashem has led multimillion-dollar projects, built high-performing teams, and developed leaders at every level. His approach blends practical business acumen with human-centered leadership, enabling individuals and organizations to unlock potential, navigate change, and achieve sustainable results.

As a leadership trainer and author, he distills his insights into coaching guides, workshops, and courses designed to be actionable and relatable.
