360 Leadership Program
In this program, we offer key concepts, organizing them into eight dynamic sessions designed to help individuals understand and enhance their leadership qualities.
We introduce the concept of 360° leadership and its importance in influencing others at all levels. Participants gain an understanding of the diverse roles and responsibilities of leaders and learn how to effectively lead from wherever they are within an organization.
Shifting to self-leadership and personal development. Participants explore the importance of self-awareness, self-discipline, and setting goals to become effective leaders. They learn strategies to enhance their leadership qualities and take ownership of their growth. Leadership isn’t limited to leading subordinates; it also involves leading those in higher positions. In this session, participants learn how to influence and support their superiors, build positive relationships, and effectively communicate their ideas and concerns to gain their trust and respect.
By Leading across involves collaborating and influencing peers and colleagues. Participants discover strategies to build strong relationships, overcome conflicts, foster teamwork, and create a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and mutual support.
Then focuses on leading subordinates and developing others. Participants learn how to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to help others grow and achieve their full potential. They develop skills in delegation, coaching, and providing constructive feedback. Change is inevitable, and leaders must navigate it effectively. In this session, participants learn strategies to embrace and lead through change. They explore techniques for communicating change, managing resistance, and inspiring others to adapt and thrive in times of transformation.
Visionary leadership is crucial for long-term success. Participants learn how to create and articulate a compelling vision, align it with the organization’s goals, and inspire others to share in and work towards that vision. They develop skills in strategic planning and goal setting. The final session focuses on sustaining leadership excellence. Participants explore strategies for continuous growth, nurturing relationships, and maintaining their leadership presence over time. They develop a plan for ongoing self-improvement and maintaining their leadership impact.
